Most of our orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days, but delivery may take 6–8 working days within Pakistan depending on product type and location.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, our customer support team will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
International / Imported Products Some of our products are imported or sourced from outside Pakistan.
Delivery for such products may take 2–4 weeks due to customs clearance and international shipping.
Imported items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when the product is not delivered at all.
Please review product details and specifications carefully before placing your order.
For heavy or bulky products, return or exchange may not be possible even if they are local. We recommend checking all details carefully before confirming your order.
🚫 Order Cancellation If you wish to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel or change it.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Claim If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos.
A replacement will be arranged after verification.
Delivery charges for replacement or return may be borne by the customer depending on the situation.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. All returned or exchanged products must be in new condition, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoice.
🧾 Order Return / Exchange Policy You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
Incorrect article or quantity received
Color or design differs from the displayed product
Size or dimensions differ from what was communicated

Heavy construction materials (like tiles, paints, cement, sanitary ware, tools, or machinery) are difficult to return once delivered, so please double-check your order before confirming.
Customized, cut-to-size, or imported items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items purchased on Sale, Promotion, or Discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
💰 Refund Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer within 7 working days.
For card payments, refunds will be processed through the bank after deducting 3.5% transaction charges, and may take up to 15 working days.
Refunds are only possible if the product was not delivered or was out of stock.
Delivery and handling costs are non-refundable.
